In this case the error said the seller doesn't ship to your location. I agree the listing says US, so unfortunately the only way to know for sure is to ask the seller.
All we really do is place the snipe and report the status and/or error that eBay returns, so that's all the info we have.

Hi, I'm interested in trying a subscription. Do I have to cancel a subscription or is it just for the term offered. ie. Does it auto renew? Thanks Todd

PayPal is recurring, but you can cancel it immediately after on the PayPal site. Then you can use it through the end of its term.
