Snipe did not execute - system failure

Hello,
My Bidslammer failed to submit the bid I had scheduled to place with 4 seconds left in the auction. Therefore I lost the item which was frustrating. The time counter just kept resetting a few seconds before the auction ended (no error message given). Please advise on how you will prevent this from happening again. The snipe history doesn't even show the bid was placed. Now I'm leery if I even want to try BidSlammer for my next action. Please advise.

Hello Todd,
Thank you for your question about an auction you did not win, even though your bid was the highest. We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe for you. We submitted the bid multiple times and received the same response for each one.
On your Completed Snipes tab on our site, hover the mouse over the red "see error" text. It gives the reason you did not win, which in this case was: "Our authorization with eBay to bid on your behalf has expired. Please visit your Preferences and click 'Renew Authorization'."
If you have changed your password at eBay since your last snipe, that explains the error. You just need to update approval there in your preferences.

Okay... thank you for letting me know. I was unaware the authorization actually expired. I renewed my authorization with Ebay as you advised and I should be all set now. Thanks for the info.
