Snipe Did Not Execute Last Night

Greetings. I had a snipe set up to execute last night on a comic book but it didn't go through for some reason. I am relatively new to the service but I need to understand why it didn't go through because I think I would have won the auction and I missed out on an opportunity. Please let me know what happened. Thank you

Hello Adam,
Thank you for your question about this item. We have a log and we can investigate what we encountered when we placed the snipe.
It is generally something on this list: https://bidslammer.com/help/bulletproof/
Here is the (nearly) complete list of errors that are account or item related: https://bidslammer.com/help/status-messages/

Thank you for your initial response. I reviewed the list of errors you sent and I didn't see anything applicable to my situation.
My high snipe was 87.58 and the book sold for $62.03. I have purchased many other books using that ebay account and bidslammer strategy and I won 3 prior auctions using bidslammer snipes.
I really need to understand what happened here so I can develop a different bidding strategy if needed.
Thanks

That's what everyone says until they see the error. It's usually a constraint set by the seller. Have you purchased from this seller before?
bidslammer
No I have not.

Was someone able to look into this and find out what happened? I never observed an error code and I don't know of any constraints by the seller. Please let me know. Thanks

We are fully transparent here. There was a small group of misses around that time and we're not sure why. Sniping is the easy part; the hard part is tracking the multitudes of error situations. In lieu of having a better explanation, we extended your subscription 3 months through 04/04/2022. We're doing comprehensive logging on your account now, so if there is a repeat, we'll know the exact reason.
We hope we have resolved this to your satisfaction. Please advise if we can help with anything else.

Thank you for your transparency and for extending my subscription to make it right. I hope it doesn't happen again.

The newest error is when eBay returns an error asking to complete two-factor authorization step to be completed in My eBay. So please ensure to complete that step.
Please keep in mind that our job is to place the bids, where determining error conditions is far more difficult. There is always an explanation, but some of eBay's errors are unhelpful. We are probably the only service that tries to track every error condition.
