Hi, I purchased slam pack 5 and I can only snipe a minimum of 10 seconds before auction close. Could you please explain why this is?

Thank you for your email about using the lower lead times. We credited your snipes and set the delay time on your existing snipes to three (3) seconds. The credit should have been applied immediately.
