Slam-It 2.0 and 1.0

3700 4 2

Using the pre-existing Slam-It, it opens in a window that has changed layout-wise. Enter an amount, click [Add Snipe], result is spinning wheel below the command button - nothing added. Tried to download Slam-It 2.0 and every time get message posted in attached image. Your "Paste.Pics" is offline... For Chrome download history, it says: "slkamit-button.zip / Site wasn't available". Download history reports "Failed - unknown server error. Please try again, or contact the server administrator."

I am locked out of making snipes. Not a happy camper here...

Okay, this is weird... Tried sniping, reported issues previously stated and submitted, tried again, and a successful Slam-It record was added. Functionality seems hit or miss right now. Trying to download Slam-it 2.0 is still not working. (typo of download file in previous message, is slamit-button.zip).

Hello John,

Thank you for your question about the Slam-It buttons. They use the same web page modal.

Hmm.. if I ADD a new bid, there is a chance the spinning dial will hang, but the snipe is always added. If I UPDATE a bid, it always works.

Please click the link below to enable video recording. This will let me see the issue and try to reproduce it exactly the way you see it.

I concur with your findings. Added Snipe and got the spinning wheel. Closed out, refreshed Current Snipes, and it did add it. Oddly, under eBay item # it has "in group undefined". I did not select the group option.

Before above... I was able to repeat the following issue every time: Click [Slam-it], click [Add Snipe], get spinning wheel, wait couple of second, close window, click [Slam-It] button again and click [Add Snipe], get message below the button that snipe has been added.

When the Slam-It window opens, the width/height is not wide enough for the new content, resulting in horizontal and vertical scroll bars.

Cheers,

John
