I'm getting a message that says my password can't be vereiied but I'm entering it correctly.

Thanks for asking about verifying your eBay credentials. We have found that in virtually all situations like this, the password was simply incorrect. Could you do us a favor, and follow these two steps.

1. Got to ebay.com and verify your information there manually, that is, please make sure not to accept any auto-fill entries.

2. Assuming step 1 was ok, verify that there are no alerts. An "alert" can be anything such as a request to update your personal information.

3. If those steps work ok, and you still cannot verify the password at our site, please contact us back on this ticket.

Those steps fix the issue 100% of the time, but if you still have issues please let us know and we can take the next step.

I was typing the password correctly. Another attempt last night seems to have it working now. I'll know for sure when I attempt a snip in a few hours.

If you received the green "OK" success dialog when you entered it into preferences, then you are good to go.
