Site not working

I don't know what is wrong with your site atm
It displays completely weird - not as normal.
Annoying, since I just renewed with you.
Nothing wrong with my ebay account (as you wrote in your email to me). It works just fine. I just this minute manually bought something in auction on which I had previously left a snipe with you (presumably not executed). And up until today your site had been working just fine re. bidding with my unchanged password.
Maybe you can extend the life of my subscription when you have sorted out the problems with your site?
Certainly nothing to do with my not being signed inmproperly to ebay or changing my password. I haven't revoked any authorisation etc etc. I tried doing the log in with ebay button as you suggested but the following page simply vanished.
Please let me know what is going on.
Best,
Mark Grant

Further to my previous email: after re-logging into your site with my user name and PASSWORD a message appears at the top of the logged in page to say that there is no password associated with my email. Makes no sense. Most of the displayed page is in computer jargon and unusable. Looks a bit like the pages from your old site all rolled into one and yet completely unresponsive. If this cant be quickly sorted out then I would appreciate if you could refund my recent PayPal payment and I"ll sign up again when back to normal. None of the snipes I had there yesterday are showing so I'm having to do everything myself anyway.

What exactly does this message mean after loggng in with user name and password?:
'The email undefined is not associated with any eBay userids in our database. Please contact us for further assistance and we will respond ASAP.
Please contact us for further assistance and we will respond ASAP.'
I missed one auction this afternoon that I had originally left a snipe with you for.and which ended at a third of the snipe I had left with you.
Hopefully your replying ASAP means what it says.although I expect you might be snowed under with messages atm
Sometimes it's best not to try and 'fix' something that is working just fine. Your site has been great the past year and a half.It really didn't need more attempted features.

Good news! Your site suddenly started working normally again. No idea why. Perhaps you fixed it somehow?

Hello Mark,
Thanks for the reports. From your snapshot and your explanation, your browser was caching and trying to execute the old Javascript.
I'm glad you provided the snapshot ... I was going to ask for one. I wasn't sure what was going on at first.
Please reply if you have any other questions. Thank you for taking the time to write in.
