Bid Slammer shows I won the auction. However, I didn't win. It also shows the cost as $19.50. I had to monitor Ebay to increase my bid. Why didn't BidSlammer increase the cost throughout the auction? It doesn't seem to be working quite right. Can you please advise? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Thank you for your question about the refresh. Yes, the system is supposed to continually refresh, and more often so for subscribers like you. We had an influx of traffic, so it got behind.
