I have noticed that when I enter an item number to add a snipe after the item details load it often shows 'Shipping Is Free' when it is not. An example is item 333991242504 which has shipping of £6.46. Is this field never populated or just in some cases?

I have had an additional problem with a snipe which was not fired. On item 402821028494 I placed a snipe of £16.16. In the completed snipes section this shows with a blue background but the icon is red 'didn't win' icon. This item sold for £10 with one bid and my bid was not placed at all. What is the reason for this, I am new to this software and cannot understand why this hasn't worked.

For the other item, you are on the free plan and we do not know the exact details of what we encountered when we placed your snipe. I forgot to mention. There is a background process that goes in and updates shipping preferences after it is added. That is why it sometimes is corrected.
