Thank you for your question about your shipping country. We use the eBay country stored in your eBay profile. So you just need to update your correct shipping location in eBay, and then re-authorize in BidSlammer Preferences. Then we will have your correct ship country.

The lowest price in that category is $12. We refunded you $8.
We also updated the snipe to its correct status in your account and credited your snipe. This occurred because of an intentional fail-safe we have in place for a niche situation: Where your bid equals the starting price but came in after someone else's. eBay returns "Success" for some reason.
