Thank you for your question about your snipes. I can only find two items that you lost with a higher bid. 177261765545 and 177261759755.

In both cases, the seller blocked you from bidding on their listings. The exact error was:

"Unfortunately, this seller has decided that you are not permitted to bid on their listings. You may contact the seller via the "Ask Seller Questions" feature if you want additional details."

It sounds like you have a roommate and and are repeatedly moving between accounts on the same computer. Is this the case?

I think the only way to avoid confusion in this area is for you to use separate browsers. Or, you have to clear cookies each time.

(I don't really understand the problem you are trying to describe, but it sounds like you are possibly forgetting to log out before you log into the new account.)

Since I can't see what you doing, I think the above solution is the best way to handle the situation.

I have been moving between the 2 accts. I am UNABLE to snipe on FIREFOX, only CHROME. I guess I can try EDGE.

Here again, I don't really understand the situation. I don't know what "Unable to snipe" means, in terms of what is happening. I really want to help, just need more info. :)

Thank you for your question. To better understand the issue, could you describe exactly what happens when you try to snipe? For example:

1. Are you ALWAYS looking in the upper-left corner to ensure the correct id is there.

2. Are you ALWAYS using the "Logout" button?

3. Does the issue persist after clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page?

The more details you can provide about what you’re experiencing, the easier it will be for me to pinpoint the problem and resolve it.

Oh, by the way, I really do think it's a logout issue since I experience a similar thing with Google accounts.

Sometimes I forget I am logged in as Account #1, and will accidentally send a text through Account #2. But that is because I have not "toggled" the account correctly. I hope that helps a little.
