received an email with a link to *set bidslammer password* this link doesn't work. from the website I use the *reset password* which sent me an email to click to *reset a password* this link does not work either.

I guess i should have checked this first but I guess I'll just update the ticket anyway.
the links in both your initial email and reset password look like this:

as you can see, your link is missing the "https://" so it's not seen as a valid link and can't be opened.

Thank you for your question about setting the password. The remedy is to use the mail password utility on the login page.

... And you are right. Apparently the bad link was introduced back in the March release. This explains a lot... :-D
