Why am I receiving ERRORS when I try to make payment for my subscription. Both my AMEX and VISA bankcards rejected although I make daily payments using these two cards. And the cards are paid in full each month.
Please provide me with a solution.

Thank you for your question about the credit card payments. Each of the attempts returned the error, "Payment declined by the issuing bank." Unfortunately there isn't anything on our end we can do to correct this; you will need to call your bank. Thanks for your patronage! I wish we could offer more assistance.

Spoke to my bank. They said my card was not declined and that the merchant should manually submit my card information.

Our merchant says it was declined several times. In any case, we don't store your card information. It looks like you used PayPal so this appears to be resolved.
