I am really getting tired of your rather frequent service outages, most recently last night. I missed a snipe on a very important aucxtion.
Please refund at least 6 months worth of my subscription or I will share my experience on various forums and social media channels.

Thank you for your question about this item. There was an attack on the site and the site came up intermittently for a day or two, but only for a few minutes each time. It did not affect snipes, however, as that is on a different system.
We track everything, so if you will give the item number for your snipe, I can give you a detailed explanation. There are over 50 reasons a snipe can miss. We update the software regularly to catch these, but there are a few new situations that are not programmed in yet.
The only other post we see from you was about not seeing images. We replied with a request for information but did not receive a response.
