Service is not reflecting payment again

Every month it seems that my subscription is canceled. this has been going on all year. Can someone please help me get this fixed once and finally please? I really like your service and I paid for a year in advance and there's been lots of problems every time I log in to use the service. If we can't get it fixed this weekend please let me know so I can find another service.
The issue this week is that i am limited to ten snipes and I am limited to 10 seconds when I have paid for the premium service.

Thank you for your question about the account. Your subscription ended two days ago, which is why you cannot adjust the lead times.
Please be reminded that the reason there were so many problems is because after you signed up, you changed your eBay user ID, then paid 3-4 times across both accounts. We did mention several times that there would be issues - at the time you joined, we had not yet added hooks in our software to catch all of those situations.
The last time it happened, we forgot you had paid through November on the other account.
We cancelled your account as you requested. It is probably for the best, simply because we cannot guarantee the problem will refrain from occurring again. Thank you and good luck sniping.
