Pleased to see I won my first bidslam, (item
314710774485), disappointed that I lost my second (
235086943023). I understand I didn't hit the bid increment for the second, but BidSlammer is telling me I lost the first, too, when I didn't, according to eBay. BidSlammer gives the same reason given: didn't hit the bid increment. What's gone on?
I've paid for the premium service, and want to be confident in it; if it is confused one way (saying I didn't win when I did) it might go the other way, too?
