I haven't use BS in a few months. This time it says all snipes will be executed through the sandbox now. On BS home login, it shows everything correctly, e.g., ebay user id at top left and all confirmed info on preference including user name, my name, email, zip etc. plus a pending snipe for today.

When I click on sandbox link, NONE of that is showing. No pending snipe, no ebay user id, all fields in preferences are blank. Does that mean the snipe is not going to work?

Actually, no the message invites people to try our new software version in the sandbox. Any snipes you enter there will be executed.

I logged in as you to our sandbox and I can see 1 Pending snipe and 1 Completed snipe. When you are in the sandbox, can you see your userid in the upper left corner?
