Once again, I won according to bid slammer and they charged me. It should have won had they placed my bid. This happened recently and bid slammer blew me off. They never responded to my ticket or reimbursed me. I spend too much time with the new and NOT IMPROVED bid slammer begging for my money back. I use to leave the house confident, now I have to try and bid on the road from my cell phone.

You weren't charged. I do see snipe times listed on the Completed tab, but when I checked the log to see what we encountered when we placed the snipes, eBay did "accept" the bid submission, but they returned a page that says:

"You didn't win this auction."

That error isn't terribly helpful, I realize, but it is the only information that we have, so the software has to make a "best guess" as to the reason. We know we submitted the bid since we would not have received that web page otherwise.

I doubt you will see this problem much more in the future because we just changed the way we determine win status.
