I "won" an auction, yet I cannot view, nor purchase it on eBay's website. It appears in neither wins, nor losses. Did this item have a reserve price my snipe did not meet?

Thank you for your question about this item. You encountered a new error eBay has but which was not yet programmed into our software. That's why it showed as a win.
The error message was: "You've reached a temporary buying restriction. You can only buy items where you can pay immediately at checkout. To continue, find an item with an immediate payment method and click on the 'Add to Cart' button in the listing."
