Hi, I just renewed my subscription (now with Bidslammer) as I was a Powersnipe user previous. Now you dont have a record of me or my email address and I am trying to log in but unsuccessful. Please help.

Thank you for your question about accessing your account. We grab your email address from the eBay profile when you sign up. (That is the only think we use besides your UserID and name.) Do you still have access to the email address you use at eBay?
