I've renewed my service to monthly unlimited snipes - however the front end won't allow me to place any new bids.

Error message is 'You do not have enough snipes to add this one.'

Can you please look into this and let me know the issue?

Thank you for your question about your subscription. I regret that I missed this post or would have replied sooner. The cause of this was that the notification from PayPal didn't process correctly. I updated your subscription date and reset it to a year from today.
