I can sign into Ebay, but not Bidslammer. Error message "email not recognized" and it takes me back to the error message every time.

Thank you for your question about logging in. Make sure not to use your eBay password here, since we don't use that. There are two remedies:
1. Use this link to reset your password with us:
https://bidslammer.com/user/mailpass
2 Try the Sign Up link on our home page. It should walk you through authorization and take you to your dashboard.
If neither step solves the issue, please reply and we can take the next step.

Unfortunately your suggestions did not work. Your system on neither page lets me sign up.
It does not recognize the email on the forgot password page (link you sent) and on the main page it takes me straight to eBay and then does not recognize my email again.
Please advise.

1. Go to your Dashboard
2, Click "Preferences"
3. Under "Bidding Authorization," click the big blue "Sign in with eBay" button.
Then, kindly write me back and tell me what you saw. I can check the logs to see exactly what transpired.
