Refund of two payments which did not activate Bidslammer

I was a user of Bidslammer for years and now I find it impossible to navigate and having made two payments of US$25 (AUD$40) (perhaps automated monthly) for access I would like a refund. and the cancellation of this arrangement.
I have read the instruction and they are so complex as to be useless to me.
Bidslammer was incapable of finding the item that I was interest in ... why would that be I wonder?
The difficulty in killing these payment is verging on a scam ... please act on this now.

PS No screen shots ... look it up yourselves if you really need to, but all I am asking for is a refund of the 2 x subscriptions of US$25

Thank you for your question about your payment. The payment(s) were successfully applied—you can see "Points Remaining: 5,000" on your dashboard. You selected the pay-per-use option rather than a subscription, so the charges are not recurring.

I’ve refunded one of the payments in case you change your mind.

We haven’t made any changes to the site’s operation. Could you clarify the issue you’re experiencing? I ran a search on my end and it appears to be working normally. I’m happy to assist with any questions or help troubleshoot further.
