You have continued to charge me for the monthly fee of $12.00, for services that I didn't order. I was refunded for June. However, I was charged again in July (July 8) and not yet refunded. Please check and you will see I DID NOT USE the advanced services. Please refund my $12.00, and please do not charge me going forward. Thank you.
