So I had an auction I was interested in. I had a snipe set. The actual auction on ebay was at $90 but my snipe view was still showing an earlier bid of $70. I kept hitting refresh and it would not load the new and current live ebay price of $90. I gave up and closed everything out. Refresh did not operate as it should. Can you do some tests on your end to see if things are the way they should be? In fact my completed snipe area is still showing an old bid price $73.88 even though the auction is over? The auction last night went about that price and I did win.
Recommendation: it would be nice if there was a Contact BidSlammer Support link on every page. It is missing on the bottom of the BidSlammer Help Index page and the main home page and the Add Service page and the preferences page. I had to do a separate search on google to find the contact us page. You should make it simple for the customer to contact support.

Thank you for your comments. I looked at the refresh fairly exhaustively, but couldn't find anything unusual with it.
We, too, noticed the support link disappeared with the last release. It will reappear with the patches released tomorrow.

Adding snipes this morning, Friday May 1, is not working and importing my watch list from ebay is not working?

A belated thanks to you. We jumped on that as soon as you wrote, as you probably noticed, but are just now following up to close it after verification.
Also, I meant to follow up to say I was wrong about the refresh. A few others had mentioned the refresh after you did. I was looking in the wrong place to fix it. Sometimes it takes a few emails before I can pinpoint the exact issue.
