I am being charged recurring payments i want a refund i was under the impress It was only one month

I want an immediate refund of 12.00 i was charged in Dec for 25 snipes which i used one now January im being charged another 12 that was not at all what i wanted so refund my account immediately i never authorized you to charge my account monthly

If i don’t hear from someone immediately i will file a bbb report on your practices of recurring charges i signed for 1 month 25 snipes not monthly you charged me as if i have a subscription
Your website doesn’t work nor does your phone number if i don’t get a refund or hear from someone i will file a claim against you for charging me a subscription without my authorization

Thank you for your question about your subscription. You are mistaken on a few accounts:
1. We do not have a plan like you describe.
2. In viewing the video of your visit, it shows that you chose the subscription plan.
3. All subscriptions are clearly advertised as recurring, for example, on the page where you paid, PayPal stated the charge is recurring.
4. I don't know what you mean by "your website doesn't work," as you were able to submit this ticket.
In the future, it is appreciated when a customer allows the vendor some time to respond before filing a dispute.

Cancel the subscription i only wanted the 25 in December and paypal does not have a button to cancel it

Why doesn’t your phone number work then? It’s a constant busy signal
Also did i know know after a bad phone number that you’d respond?
I wanted December or 25 snipes that’s it
When i saw it was taken out today i flipped as i wasent aware it was monthly
You also state go to PayPal cancel after seeing receipt- there was no cancel button after receipt
I have been refunded and you can close me out of the account all together
Your website has zero information it kept sticking and took time to find what i needed which was back to PayPal

To clarify, we transitioned the pay-per-use model from "snipes" to "points." It appears that signed up for a subscription rather than purchasing points as you intended.

Please take me off subscription and do not charge anymore
If i intend to make a bulk snipe again i will sign in and check I’m not making a monthly payment as i only use snipes if im doing large bulk purchases
And trust me there not monthly so a subscription Isent nessecary
