Thank you for your question about your subscription. You are mistaken on a few accounts:
1. We do not have a plan like you describe.
2. In viewing the video of your visit, it shows that you chose the subscription plan.
3. All subscriptions are clearly advertised as recurring, for example, on the page where you paid, PayPal stated the charge is recurring.
4. I don't know what you mean by "your website doesn't work," as you were able to submit this ticket.
In the future, it is appreciated when a customer allows the vendor some time to respond before filing a dispute.
