Yesterday, 30Oct2022, I had an ebay auction bid set for 21.15 hour (8:15p.m. Central, US). Inexplicably, the BidSlammer site was down (I tried logging on with 3 different devices), I could not log on, and therefore, my bid was never placed, and I lost the auction. I would like a refund on my payment for unreliable service. Your response is appreciated.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. I added a double credit of snipes for you. Our ISP had a connectivity problem that affected the database. We thought we'd give their managed databases a try, but we're unhappy with the service and switching back to our old reliable setup. We regret any inconvenience this caused, but rest assured it won't happen again.
