I reauthorized with Ebay and Bidslammer posts that I am good, but my preferences want update to show token is good....also won't save my email.

Says successful, but still will not update and I can't enter a snipe. No email address is shown: should be [edited].

We manually updated it again. Please try to log in and add a snipe, but WITHOUT authorizing again first. Let us know how that goes. If it doesn't work, we'll have to dig in a bit more.
(The issue is on our end: For some reason, our software is trying to set you up as a new user, when you already have an account.)
