Is this service free or not? If not, how much is this service and when do I get charged? Is there a refund if I do not like the bidding service.
There is a feature I love when using another bidding service called "Auction Sniper". Auction Sniper offers the option to increase my highest bid with small increments in the final seconds of an auction. They let you choose the number of increments you want. Placing my bid 3 sec before the end of auctions plus the 2 small increments in the final 2 seconds I won the auctions increased my chances of winning the auction. This was the feature I was hoping this service offered but i do not see it as I am still trying to figure out how to work this service. I never figured out how to get a "Won" message sent to my telephone... apparently putting in my cell # is not enough. I am sure I'll have more questions later... Thanks x

Thank you for your question about your account. You were referred from PowerSnipe. Per our agreement with them, we are honoring the remainder of your subscription until 8/22. After that you will be prompted to upgrade with a discount.
We don't have the feature you suggested. We don't see any value in it, because in our experience it just raises the price on you. You end up bidding against yourself because another bidder comes in between.

What will be the cost with the discount?
Also, I am having an issue viewing my snipes. When I look at how my auctions are going on Bidslammer the 4 current auctions are grouped together in the far left corner of my screen. The two on the far left are cropped and I cannot see only see part of the current bid. This forces me to have to go to ebay and see what the current price.

It's the same cost that PS charges now.
For the display issue, it sounds like you just need to widen your browser page a bit, or shrink the font by one notch. You can also try using "List View" by toggling the icons at the top right of the table on your Dashboard.
