I had over 20 items to bid on last night and I could not get your program to work as it always had. I keep getting the following message:
Authorization Required! Your authorization with eBay has expired or is invalid. Please login with eBay to renew.
When I do so I get that same message again along with the following message:
Authorization Successful! You're good for another 18 months.
BUT.... It will still not recognize any item numbers that I put in manually from eBay and if I try to use the "slam it" button it still says:
eBay Authorization required. Please visit your bidslammer Preferences to update your Authorization.
It has asked me to change my bid slammer password several times and nothing helps the problem.
I either need this program to work or I need my money reimbursed so that I can move to one that I can use. It has been a good program until now, but this is frustrating and costing me losses.
