We're looking into switching our sniping service and was hoping you could explain how your pricing system works. Currently we pay $16 a month for unlimited snipes. We're very interested in your service but we can't seem to find anything on your website that actually explains the breakdown of your pricing.

Welcome! Here's the pricing page. https://bidslammer.com/pricing In fact, we just recently got rid of 1% commissions and replaced with unlimited subscriptions.
May I ask the name of the sniping site? I'm just curious as I wasn't aware of a service using the number $16. Most are around $8-10.
