I still had premium snipes available, but with the recent changes they disappeared. How do I get credit for those snipes back?

Thank you for your question about your snipes. All of your snipes are accounted for - you purchased 5 + 12 but have over 20 recorded wins.
We have not made any recent changes as you indicated.
