Hello,
Could you tell me if it's possible to buy any premium pack which will reduce our bid time from 2 minutes?
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
George

Hello George,
Any premium plan will get you down to three (3) seconds. In any case, however, your bid times should be reasonable even on the free service.
Are you having any issues with problematic bid times?

Hello,
Thank you very much for you response
Let me explain, we are using your system for our web page where our customers are placing bids. In current case customer can make last bid when auction ending time is still 2 minutes. Because of that 2 minutes it's almost impossible to be competitive.
Could you advice any outcome from this situation?
Thanks,
George

Hello George,
We don't understand what you mean by "a web page where our customers are placing bids." Could you explain this?
We're also confused by the statement "In current case customer can make last bid when auction ending time is still 2 minutes." (eBay's proxy bidding system allows bids at any period of time prior to closing.)
Also, can you give an item number that shows any bids we place at greater than 15 seconds?
This would help us to investigate your issue further.

Hello,
OK I will explain in details what I want and I'm ready to purchase any pack which will make my below requirements:
I want to use your system for my web page where some users can place bids for ebay items. I checked your API and tested it. It works and I could connect it to my system, but there is one big issue:
Placing bid via Bidslammer ends 2 minutes earlier than on ebay. For example if I place bid with bidslammer, it will not take any other bids from me when auction ending time is less than 2 minutes on ebay. It will place that bid I did before that 2min, but last 2 minutes is to much period and I'm without chances to win. So it works only if I'm placing max bid.
I can screen your code response where this issue is, but it's not able here to upload or paste any file.

Hello,
Ok we understand now, you are using the API. It's great that you are using this! We want this to work perfectly for everyone, including possible white label users (who rebrand the product under another domain).
So we have a few more questions.
1. Can you link the web page where you are testing this? Or the website domain?
2. Yes, our API is set up to guarantee 3-second precision only if it is placed into our system two minutes or more. This way we can set up a very accurate countdown timer that always works.
(We checked the software - it is possible for us to change our software to do an addBid API call within 10-15 seconds before the closing time. But we would like to understand your application more first.)
3. Do you want to bid on behalf of other eBay users? If so, those users would have to be authenticated through our system so that you could use their API key. Each eBay account used to place snipes must have its own API key.

Hello,
Sure I can it's www.ebg.ge but web page is in Georgian and I think it will be difficult for you to understand structure.
It will be best if you can change it within 10-15 seconds.
Users will bid in our system and we will place bids via Bidslammer.
Also during testing period we had next problem many times: "We placed the bid, but we are uncertain whether you won or lost because no result page was returned from eBay" what can be a reason?
Thank you in advance.

In order to answer your questions, we need to clarify one thing.
Are all bids are going to be placed through your single eBay account?
Or, are you bidding through several eBay accounts?
The error you received is because the eBay authorization expired or was revoked somehow. You would have to re-authorize again.
bidslammer
Yes all bids are going to be placed through our single eBay account and we always buy every won auctions not to have unpaid invoices, thus we never have problem with account.
I checked now and status of authorization is current.
If you can help to solve all these issues I will buy any pack you offer.
Thank you in advance

You don't have to upgrade to premium for help. We will always be happy to help you.
1. Ok, we placed a trace on your account, so the next time the "no result page" error occurs, let us know and we can see the exact error situation.
2. Regarding the addBid API call: We can guarantee a 3-second snipe. But there is a requirement that the bid is added two minutes or less. This has to do with our architecture; no customer in 15+ years has ever requested to add a snipe in less than two minutes because if they are already at their computer, they just add the bid on eBay directly.

1. I copied item below where same problem occurred
273526847934?oid=253961625982">https://www.ebay.com/itm/Shockproof-Hybrid-Armor-Rugged-Hard-Case-Cover-For-Motorola-Moto-G5-G4-G6-Plus-/273526847934?oid=253961625982
This problem we have when bid is enough to win auction. In other cases it works perfect
2. Will be great. But want to make it more exact, if we place bid not less than 2 minutes it will be placed as it's working now, but if it's less than 2 minutes it will be 3 second snipe.
I want to thank you for your positive feedback, we appreciate it so much.

Hi,
That is a Buy-it-Now item, eBay rejects bids that are over the listed price. You must bid exact price or lower.
The error message should indicate that; we'll look at why that is happening.
All snipes must be added 2 minutes or less, regardless of delay time.
The addBid call lets you specify a delay time, but to get the 3-second time, you have to be on the premium plan.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
