why are "Outbid Notifications are currently: Disabled"?

Thank you for your message. The reason for the message is that presently, the Outbid Alerts is a premium service.
However, as a result of your message, and on consideration, we're going to include this service for free accounts. We want all customers to experience the full set of features.
Are there any other features that you need? Please let us know, as we're currently working on a new release and the timing is good.
