Policies and error message.

1) Did you change your policies recently? I've got a bunch of snipes queued up, but if I try to change one of the amounts, I sometimes get an error message. Will you still place all my current snipes? You won't simply drop some of them, will you? I looked in the blog, but I see nothing. I also did not get an email from you recently.
2) I got the following error message getting help:
An Error Was Encountered
Unable to load the requested file: lang/en/help/same-time.php

Thank you for your question about bidding. We always place the snipe, that is, we never cancel bids for any reason.
We haven't changed anything recently, although we did update that broken link. :)

By the way, I think this ticket was submitted before I had a subscription to the service, and hence I think that there were some restrictions on my use of the platform. It seems that I was able to place quite a few snipes, but was unable to alter the maximum bid if I had a significant number of active snipes.

This was reported by a another customer. It had to do with quota. It was fixed.
