hi, the last couple of snipes tonight on items i really wanted did not go through, I just sent money to upgrade my service and the first couple of snipes went through then the last couple all didnt, I have much higher snipes than what the items ended for, I checked eveything on my end and cant find a problem so im assume its you guys. I would like a refund for the upgrade aI purcased today as you free service seems much more reliable . you cost me a lot of money, I thought you guys were reliable. if this was on my end, I apologize but I dont see how it could be, plmk thanks
