I had an offer on your site to upgrade from free to all features for £4.99
So I clicked it and paid with PayPal.
It has set up a PayPal contract for £20.66 / $24.99 which I have since canceled.
I am really upset how this has happened and hope you guys can sort it out.
I have also opened a support ticket on your site with the same details, but I have had no response.......In fact all you have done is suspend my now premium account so it's now worse than it being free to use.
I upgraded in good faith and thought your site was wonderful, but as it stands now I feel really ripped off.
Pay pal have refunded me the difference, that means you have kept the £4.99 you promised in your promo. (I HAVE PAID YOU £4.99)!
This is my final asking for you to contact me or unlock my account to premium as I will take legal action if I receive no help!

Thank you for your question. You are mistaken - the plan you bought was a coupon offer for $24.99 Unlimited for the year. We do not have a 4.99 unlimited plan. (The screenshot you sent does not say "Unlimited.")
You disputed a charge prior to contacting us, at which point we could have explained the above. You also made a legal threat. We refunded your account in full to prevent any further misunderstandings.
