I don't think you read my last message--I already have my UserID and password. I just want to take you up on your your 12-month $24 Subscription Plan BUT IT'S NOT LETTING ME! Each time I sign up for it it seems to require me to open a NEW account, when all I want to do is convert my longtime account to the annual subscription and transfer existing credits. But I keep getting this message:

I found your other message. It's always best to append to the previous message so we can track the conversation. ;-)

I understood your message. The upgrade is for existing accounts only though, so you have to log into your existing account. There is no transfer involved. Your existing credit is used toward the subscription.

If you login to the old account then you should see the upgrade offer now. Let us know if that doesn't work.
