My subscription has just been stopped even though I paid for a 12-month subscription on November 3rd, 2023, with my card. Please double-check and let me know what happened with it?

Thank you for writing in to ask about your charge. Looks like you canceled on 11/04, and then we refunded $21.00 on 11/13. The cancellation took effect on 1/03.

Actually, I was charged twice due to a payment system error. Initially, on November 3rd, 2023, I paid $60 for a 12-month subscription with my debit card because of a PayPal system error. However, on November 4th, 2023, I was automatically charged $21 by PayPal. Thanks to your support, I received a refund of $21 later, but my subscription should be updated to November 3rd, 2024.
