This is the second time that I have placed a bid on a timeshare and it does not seem to have been placed. This one says I won the auction but I don't think so as the auction said ended with no bids. What should I do now. I know I would like my balance sent to me since there is no way I can use a service that does not deliver.

I checked our log to see what we encountered when we placed your snipe. This is happening because the eBay password we have on file for you is incorrect. You just need to update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.
