Thank you for your question about the charge attempt. We can only see one card number and five (5) attempts. It says: "Direct the customer to contact their issuing bank. Retries won't succeed."
You can also use PayPal without a PayPal account -- just use the PayPal option, and then click the "Pay without PayPal account" link.
