Hi - tried to pay for more bids with 2 different 100% good cards (both Revolut) - and both declined or failed.
I know you cannot directly fix that, but you need to know that your card payment processor is losing you business! The cards used were fully working and funded.... :-(

Also an AmEx Gold card just "declined" too..... You need a serious word with your payment company. And I, sadly (as your service is great!) need to find another bidding service...

Hello Sean,
Thank you for your question about your card attempts. We use Stripe and fortunately, their error messages are pretty specific. According to them, you used the same card all 5 times ending in 5271.
Attempt #1 returned, "Payment failed because of invalid card or account number. Tell the customer to try again with the correct payment details. If that doesn't work, they can try a different payment method."

Attempts #2 through 5 returned, "You previously attempted to charge this card. When the customer's bank declined that payment, it directed Stripe to block future attempts."
I don't know what's wrong, but it's not anything within our control. If you log into your card account, they may have explanation.
Try another card, perhaps?
