Go back and try again I forgot my password!

what is a blocking dialogue?

This is very frustrating. I have missed out on items because I can't get into my Bidslammer account
Now please fix this!!

As per the instructions on the web page, please do not use our site to guess your eBay password. You've tried 3 different passwords almost 20 times in the last 24 hours, so eBay locked your ID of our service temporarily for 12 hours.

Please first verify the password at eBay, but do not use the auto-complete.

Then you can enter it on the BidSlammer Preferences page.

I am not guessing my ebay password. I had to change it because my account was hacked.
It doesn't do me any good since I can't get into my Bidslammer account
I'm not having trouble getting into eBay!

NO GOOD. It keeps saying try again.

Please give the steps to reproduce the problem - did you attempt to upload the password today?

How can I upload a password when I can't even log into my Bidslammer account.
Why are you people just avoiding my problem. I can't log on. It's as simple as that.
Obviously you can't fix the problem, so just simply credit me my account monies, close it out so I can open a New account!
I've told you the steps I have taken please read the other notes.
In the meantime while your messing around I can't bid on items. I've already lost out on several items so far.

Thank you for clarifying that you cannot get into the account. If you would do us a favor and delete the cookies for your browser. Then try to log in again. This isn't a boilerplate answer as I am quite certain that this is what is causing the error.

Please try that and let us know, we will watch for your response.

We can't see your eBay passwords, that is all encrypted.

A blocking dialog is when you try to log into eBay and they won't let you log in, because you need to update your credit card, or respond to a notice.

Well I can get onto eBay & onto Bidslammer. Both passwords are the same. But I can't be sure if the password you have for me on eBay is correct. So how do I know if it's the correct password?
So frustrating!! If you can't fix this for me I'll just have to close my account.

I just now tried to put my eBay password into the Bidslammer Preferences and many times before.
No, you are no help.
Please just credit my account and close it out so I can open a NEW Bidslammer account & hope that works.
I have lost many items due to this back and forth Useless correspondence!!

Here is a snapshot of your last login attempt to eBay.

As you can see, not only is the password wrong, but there is a captcha dialog, which as we told you, is happening because you made too many bad attempts before.

All we do is submit what you enter and get a page back. If eBay rejects the credentials there is nothing more we can do. Making a new account would have no effect on this problem.

The reason we weren't affected by that total disaster, is because we built our own software and know it inch by inch --- the owner of eSnipe bought it off of eBay and is not a programmer. We know what we're talking about and we know how to investigate this issue.

I just tried your apache password on eBay and it does NOT work. "Oops, that is not a match," it says. Regrettably, our service will not work without that information.

Well I tried it and was on. You'll have to think of something else.
