I cannot seem to reset/change my password. It seemed to be having an issue with the email and user ID when resetting. I changed the password successfully but then when logging in it still says it’s the incorrect one.. I tried to open a new account but it linked to the old one anyway I think. Brandonbkbrown@gmail was the other email used to try to get back in with you guys but it also didn’t work. Please advise.
