Does your eBay password have any special (meta) characters in it, such as and asterisk or backslash? Some characters considered high-security risk characters. We use sniping technology and not browsers to place bids, so we chose not to support those characters to avoid hacks.

So we ask that you simply change the password at eBay to not include the unusual character, again is it probably a question mark. Sorry about that but it is a necessary step, but in our opinion all snipe services should take this precaution really.

No i only use letters from the standard alphabet

my problem is I WENT TO SIGN IN AND IT ASKED for my password? so i entered it

it said try again.....I DID AND 3 OR 4 TIMES CHANGED IT TO A NEW ONE IT STILL WILL NOT LET ME ENTER MY SNIPES IN BID SLAMMER I AM LOCKED OUT

Are you talking about submitting your eBay information in the BidSlammer Preferences? You are entering the wrong eBay password.

Let's make sure you are entering the correct password. Just go to eBay and verify your password there, and do not accept the auto-complete.

We saw the other tickets you opened. Please respond to this one. What is the BidSlammer userid and password you are entering? We are able to log in as you ok.

On this macbook my other comp the password is set to remember me

If i log out and lose this connection then i am realy in a fix

normally i use Malc for my bidslammer to gain access

i can sign out and see......if it is wrong what then? i would not get back in and both computers Locked out
