I regret the late reply. It appears you are entering the wrong password as our verifying software can't confirm it.
To troubleshoot this:
1. When you log into eBay to check it, make sure not to use the auto-complete. Make sure there is not a warning dialog asking you to update a credit card or some other alert.
2. If you are certain the password is correct, we have found in 99% of situations after we investigate that it is still not being entered correctly. Often is is off by just 1 or 2 characters. In this case we generally ask for you to change the password at eBay and update it here, to avoid any confusion, since we really can't test your password ourselves.
