Paid upgrade not reflected in application interface

I'm trying to set a snipe on item #175471600113 and the application keeps saying I need to upgrade to make any changes. I just paid for a year in advance! Please upgrade my account that I paid for already. Thank you.

Thanks, it's working properly now. I had to delete the snipe and build it again to create a group and change the snipe time. Why don't you allow for editing an existing snipe beyond the price? Why don't you offer widget to use the application on cellphones? The entire interface is difficult to use on cellphones because the interface doesn't resize for cellphone use. You should fix this as more and more people conduct business on cellphones. Your application didn't recognize my ebay watch list so I had to enter the auction number manually...why? Please explain all of these issues...and fix them. Thank you for your time, Brian

Thank you for your questions.
To change a lead time, just add the snipe again. You don't have to delete it first. There isn't enough area in the card to put a pull-down for this. We'll se if we can when we release the mobile-friendly site early next year.
To import your Watch List, there is a button on your Pending tab.
