Paid upgrade not reflected...can't make changes and may lose bid now. Last ticket request just crashed page...sorry system. Not impressed as a new customer!!!!

This program indicated that I lost a snip bid when the auction was never over! What kind of a rip-off service is this? I recreated the snipe with the same number and now it reflects current snipe status. What is wrong with your software??????? If this keeps up I am going to request a refund! This is supposed to be a set it and forget it program...why do I have to keep fixing one single snipe??? This does NOT impress me as a new customer!

Thank you for your question about this snipe. The database clock was still ahead an hour fro Daylight Savings at the time you wrote. It did not affect anything but the display.
