Thank you for your question about your subscription. It looks like your subscription expired in November of last year. You should be able to click the "Upgrade" link at the very top.

I have a paypal invoice in my email that shows that I paid $56 USD on November 22, 2024 for 12 months unlimited and that my next payment due is not until November 22, 2025. Paypal transaction ID 2ES54966C3807443T

Ah, thanks for the reminder. I forgot that on that day, PayPal notifications weren't being stored properly. I updated it manually.

We just issued a refund for $8.13.
It's easier to give a money refund. That is because on Nov. 22, PayPal will send an extension notice to us. The software will overwrite that January date I put in.
