There was a double charge on this:

I originally made payment
with transaction ID 75M09349KG143811C

Which did not upgrade my account so I tried again with another payment method

second payment made
with transaction ID 0WG41834DN880250W

neither automatically upgraded my account. So I opened this ticket. but I still was charged twice so would like 0WG41834DN880250W or 75M09349KG143811C
refunded.
